Travelling with a dog

„Dogs allowed" appears on many websites. What it means differs from house to house – from the animal tolerated in the room to the site with a dog shower beside the sanitary building and a meadow of its own for running free.

I only include places here where it is more than tolerated: where there is a facility for it, where the house has noted it, where you do not have to ask. What I cannot check myself I ask the business – „probably dog-friendly" helps nobody standing at the door with a dog.

The list is still short. It grows with every site where the detail is documented.
