A spot on the edge of the Kapfwald at 800 metres in the Hochemmingen district, with a wide view across the Baar to the foothills of the Swabian Jura.

The Waldcafe has been a stop for walkers, cyclists and winter sports enthusiasts for generations; bread, cakes and gateaux come from its own bakery. Under one roof it brings together the restaurant, the Fischer family's Kapfhof farm and eight holiday flats named ECHT ZEIT in a timber house. The ParadiesTour Waldcafe circuit through the Kapfwald is named after the house.
